Spawn text after taking an item

@Chris Monvel I erased some videos, but here's some steps to follow. - copy/paste the script files to your scripts folder - call the didhit event in the pickable item - done, as soon as you pick the item, it will trigger the didhitscript, spawning the text entity. If you are looking for the...

In Progress Streets of Rage X (Windows / Android)

Friend, we can certainly back at this feature when the main content is finished. Initially I didn't consider it, but I will at least make some tests in the future. Great! Thanks buddy :) About this move I made Blaze different from the Onihime, in order to add a 1 star cost. Like @Blit-X- TV...

Type 2 then, defined. We hear the pipe sound almost all the time, plus the metallic sound from the type 2 is more authentic. Thanks :)

In Progress Streets of Rage X (Windows / Android)

@DCurrent Hey boss. Type 1 or type 2? I'm first prioritizing original sounds before using others. To be honest I'm inclined on using the type 1, the same as the pipe hit and more cohesive with the other battle sounds. But type 2 is closer to a metallic sound than type 1. Type 1 Type 2...

In Progress Streets of Rage X (Windows / Android)

Friend, I suppose this device is using an Android system. In this case there's no other instruction than installing the apk file I provided in the Chrono Crash resources or in my blog. If you are trying to just use the PAK file separated with any other OpenBOR version than the one I provided...

In Progress Streets of Rage X (Windows / Android)

Don't worry guys :) I understand your points and indeed agree with you. I'm only detailing what was my goal on adding this move.

Add the partner menu of streets of rage 2 by Kratus in all OpenBOR games.

If I'm not wrong, the "manual" option requires you to press the "call" button in order to detect food.

In Progress Streets of Rage X (Windows / Android)

Friend, I appreciate the sprites, but in my first tests it didn't look too much better than the current one. I will go back to this move later, for now I will prioritize SOR1 Blaze, since she is almost finished. I understand the point and appreciate the feedback, but I need to keep the project...

Thanks man :) I will check how I can replicate this, maybe adding an exception on the same part of the grab script code that does the bounce effect.

In Progress Streets of Rage X (Windows / Android)

Yes, based on the @Mr.Hunter sprite sheet. I don't know if he is the same, I received a sprite sheet some years ago from the original author, Adrimus (also one of the SORR members). No problem friend, I will follow the plans anyway. Before the SORX is finished, I want to guarantee that all the...

Next will be BKM Adam. After that, maybe Super Shiva, I'm super hyped to make him haha. I'm still thinking of a possible Beta Zan, although seahorses created many new moves, the original beta has a different design. Testing the changes based on the last feedbacks: - low kick as defensive...

In Progress Streets of Rage X (Windows / Android)

Yeah, I noticed that. I will make some adjustments, thanks for the feedback. This is a valid point. Maybe I can use your sprites like the Ruy's Shinku Tatsumaki, pulling all nearby enemies.

But both SOR2/SOR3 Blazes have the exact same aerial special, when the same damage. The only difference is about how to connect it, but has the same damage output. To be honest I prefer to keep the current format, with many similarities with the BKM version. However, I already made some changes...

In Progress Streets of Rage X (Windows / Android)

Hmm now I understand the problem. Thanksk buddy! Thanks friend. About the classic resolution, you need to download the proper file. Currently it's not possible to change it inside the game. I understand you point, but I changed this feature for 3 main reasons. 1) Alternative paths/rooms in...

In Progress Streets of Rage X (Windows / Android)

I suggest running the Linux version of the SORX as a PC game, not like an emulator/rom. Currently I tested in both Batocera and SteamOS, they worked fine using the AppImage I packed in the zip file.

In Progress Streets of Rage X (Windows / Android)

After thinking a lot and talking with friends, I decided to keep all the content planned. That's a lot of work done just to throw it away. I know that the SOR1 characters are not on the same level as the others (and I always commented that they will be basic), but the SOR1 Blaze moveset is...

In Progress Streets of Rage X (Windows / Android)

Ok, I didn't expect this amount of negative feedback about Blaze since she has basically the original SOR1 moveset with a few more from BKM (front special and blitz), in which most people didn't see/play. Here's an example of where I got both the forward special and blitz. For now, I'm...

Not exactly, this is a temporary label to identify all builds distributed during the Chrono Crash closed tests. Thanks friend :) Yeah, it makes sense. I will take a look at it, but it seems like something related more to the screen scrolling speed than the character's speed. Thanks for the...

In Progress Streets of Rage X (Windows / Android)

During the Chrono Crash closed tests the game was temporarily labeled with ccx, where "x" means how many closed tests were launched. The label will be removed in the official release. This helps in identifying if someone is not using the final version. PS: I forgot to mention in the changelog...
