Black flashing screen

I dont want to create new topic just for a small task so I wanted just ask one simple question.
Almost every open B.o.R. games have small black screen flashing between Title and Menu screens.
The question is... how to remove it? Is it possible without any engine correction? I played SoR X a lot and noticed there was NO black screen at all.

I would like to see a video to understand better.
But in the SORX I added a webm video as a title screen instead of using the native one. Maybe this explains why the behaviour is different from the other games.

In my opinion, that brief flicker in the game is likely designed to alternate between the title screen and the prologue; it probably flickers because the prologue is missing.

In my game, I’ve included a demo video on the title screen; when the game isn't being played, it alternates between the title display and the video. That’s why I assume that’s the case.
