.BOR WinAmp Plugin

[aL BeasTie]

Does anyone have the winamp plugin to play .bor files?
I don't seem to have it anymore, and senile stop hosting it a while ago.

We should add it to download section too.

(I only use .ogg these days but it's handy to have anyway.)
