Since the new forum software already has built in announcement capabilities and a prominent resources system, I've removed a bit of the clutter by taking down the redundant "Grab Bag" node. The Announcements thread is now in General Node. "The Vault" was just a link to the download area. We needed it because the old forum software made downloads hard to find, but that's not a problem anymore.
