I don't have any experiences of Making chars for Openbor.
So I don't have any 'Know-how' of setting bbox/delay/offset well.

Honestly, I'm beginner of Making chars for games like Openbor, Mugen, RPGmaker, Etc.
So I can't understand of bbox/delay/offset numbers well.

Can you help me?

delay is easy to adjust manually, but for boxes I strongly recommend a visual tool, like Openborstats or obeditor. Most people use the former, so try that program first.
the pgoram will allow to see the boxes so you can modify them at will!!

Yeah, you should use open bor stats. I have been creating chars in there for a few weeks, and it makes things way easier. It takes a bit to get used to, but the more you use it, the more you learn.

Another thing, you need to know how palletes work, or else the colors will be off when you play the game.

To make things easy, use a pre-made character, and build your own from there(adding your sprites etc.). It saves a lot of time and effort.

And of course you want to play as the character, so you gotta go in the models folder and type the directory of the character.

there's some basic video tutorials on using OpenBOR Stats and also for creating a character. Thanks to maxman.
