Just posting this quickly, it's an interesting piece of software, it's an image tool that has just about every image filter/resizing algorithm you can think of.

The .EXE is the stand alone app, the .DLL is the Paint.NET plugin.

(Have a look at he XBR2x /XBR4x - it's like a better version of hq2x/4x)

Facinating! I really appreciate the fact this kind of algorythm can be avialiable as "standalone" since I used to see the best ones only as filters in emulators.

There is also Scale2x, HQ2x/3x/4x you might like, thou this app contains them all anyway.

I'm sorry to regiving life to this topic but I wish to know if there a script for imageresizer  to batch images with hq2x filter (or if anyone has a method to use this kind of filter for a ton of images).
