Using decimal point of number for a jump height value is possible. Of course, I use, like, 4.25 on a character for jumping for example. It's all about how high your character jumps probably with anim jump. If using 1.1 -1.9 or 1.99, that means your char just probably regularly jumps very low due to changing the value of jumpheight. It can be ten-hundredths, thousandths, ten-thousandths, etc., depending how high your char jumps.
