New Host

As of 2022-12-02, ChronoCrash resides on a new, more powerful host platform. This is partially due to growing pains, and numerous issues I've had dealing with previous host over the years. In addition to giving us some more room to grow, Download issues appear resolved.

Please let me know if you have any further problems navigating the site or using its features.

The one downside (for me at least) is the new host is a lot more expensive. We were already on a business class plan to begin with, and this one represents a significant upgrade. Since I've had a couple of inquires about Donations, I'd like to point out we've had a Donation system in place since the upgrade to Xenforo software last year. You can find it at the top left (in the Hamburger in mobile):

As always, don't forget to spread the word... like, share, etc. to draw traffic. The more we get, the better off all of us are.

I wasn't even aware of cookie issues @John_Couey. Sorry about that and glad you're back. To be honest I've wanted to change hosts for a long time. The problem is it's a huge and very dangerous PITA. One wrong move and you break the whole site - doubly so when there's 80GB worth of download files to transfer.

That's in the best of times, and as you might imagine, the old host does everything in their power to keep from leaving. Even before the financial cost, it's really hard to justify moving unless the original host becomes completely untenable (which is exactly what they did).

I felt the improvement from the first login. On the previous host, it sometimes failed to log in on the first try and waited to load until it got a gateway error.
