OpenBoR Error - no mods in paks folder !!!

Hello Fr.
Ever since I installed win10 on my computer, OpenBoR has not worked well.
I transferred my games via USB flash to my new computer and they no longer work.

Almost every new game I load also gives an error - ''no mods in paks folder''.
The pak files of some games can be moved to an older copy of the console, where they work without a problem, while other games are impossible to be played, even there.

For unpacking I use 7zip.
With or without an antivirus program, the OpenBoR console cannot detect the attached pak. files in the paks folder.

how can i fix this error???

Hi vokilvulga and welcom to the forum.

I use Windows 10 since a long time and I've never got this kind of problem.
Can you send me an archive with one pak and your Openbor engine version please, so I can make some tests?

Is there anyone who can give any solution to this problem. Any copy of the program that we install does not work. Every new update, too ! ! !

I have uploaded the game files to google and these are the download addresses.
these are 3 games but in general all other games are with the same error.

These are two of the games Streets_Of_Rage_ Legacy1.5 (2020) and the last battle and cadillacs 2 ver 1.01, which are fully equipped for the play.
However, when I unzip them and turn on the program, it gives the corresponding error and cannot be played.

I can copy the file and paste it into the only work console. this is the latest version of openbor directly from sourceforge.net, but other copies of it also don't work.

I noticed something interesting!
the game, ROD2Boss2021Martial - is with a full own complete set, but can be played!

But if I move the game to another folder, it doesn't work either. If I return it, the game works perfectly.

Then I downloaded another copy of this game - the new copy also doesn't work and gives the error "no mods in the paks folder"
The first copy work perfectly.

This game is duplicated, and the first two games are brand new.
