River City Rage ?

Hi guys I found this really cool game called river city rage. I have the pak file and I am trying to play the game on my android device however it is not working. I have been told that it was made with a very early version of openbor so I was told it will not work with latter versions. I am wondering if anyone here knows a way I can get this game to work with a latter version of openbor? I have a link to the game I can share if anyone needs it. Thx in advance for any help anyone can give me

I used to play this one during Lavalit era.
I might have it in one of my old PC. cannot check for the moment.
