Scaling small sprites to big sprites

I know I posted a help before about scaling or resizing sprites into bigger size or something. But now, I didn't have the time to work on it so I completely forgot how to do it. I remember BonusJZ posted a help about something scaling or something. I can't even remember how it was done. I'm sorry for forgetting.

I just want to know how to resize/scale the small/normal sprites bigger without having making pixels messy. I need them to be really good size. No pixel mess.

This is not a magic tool, but it can save a lot of time.
After scalling up, all you need is few detail editing.
