What, a new Spec Ops char? After all those years?

This is Heavy Strike, an edit over Cable (no kidding) which were to be released since 2010. Since people keeps asking me for this char, I decided to release it.
It features all things from Spec Ops (dino damage, hard AI, tons of moves), many weapons and 3 modes.

Sweet Char O, But who is he? BTW I been a fan of you MUGEN work for years, so a a tribute to you I will steel all your chars for a Mod i'm making called Operation Illusionista ;D just kidding, but really good job on this.

He is part of my Spec Ops project, I think its Mugen oldest project alive: since 2002.
Its a full game with Street Figther Chars, on an alternative future.

I know some people used some sprites on BOR mods (like Seep on Final Fight Alpha), but MAYBE I will make a mod with it someday.

OHHHH.....I remember that project with MB-02, So Sonic, Blaze Agent, Mexican Typhoon, and So Evil (I think thats the names) Yea. I also used a character of yours. that So Sonic char. He is in my Strider X mod from many, many moons ago. I really like edited chars. even if its just a head swap, with custom moves. What I dont like is evil and God Charters. That was back when the Mugen folks didn't like the Bor peps, and all types of meaningless nonsense was in the two worlds of Sprite Wars. Now we all wear the same colors. A lot of the editors seem so arrogant, but your a cool dude. Maybe that project can be come an open bor project as well. fingers crossed. If that was to happen I'll let you be the first to show off your stuff so you can have proper credit before I rape you.  ;D but I'll be sure to give you credit. 8) hope to see more cool stuff like this from you in the future.

Thanks man. Yeah, OpenBOR always had a horrible reputation among Mugen communities, because (in many cases) people just took what they want from mugen chars, give no credits and don't give a fuck to that. And there was a time that there was a witch hunt for this kind of thing (I, myself, banned many people thanks to that).

Today, things changed, but not in all communities. In some, the common sense is to be used: if you edit a char from someone, you should give credit (but they can't force you). Many people does that, with just few people which take a char, change the author name and publish as it was made by him. But those kind of people are based and mocked until death, lol.

But there are people that still doesn't like to see their works edited, specially when its an edited char.

For my creations, for example, I like to be contacted first. In most cases, I agree and support it. Its just a matter of respect. For example, I am using some stuff from Pierwolf, but I contacted him first.

At the end, its just a matter of respect. Credits should be given when its needed.

Thanks for that history, everyone here should know this, I got your back, i know those edited chars take a long time to create, so it sucks to not get credit, But i'm glad your here, and I hope to see more Mugen Editors here. Asking for permission is easier when you feel like you know the person. you will be hearing from me on this. On a side note I plan on giving credit to everyone in my mod by adding their name and avatar in the ingame background as a suprise cause not many people read the readme file or finish the game to see the credits, but your avatar keeps changing  :-\

So everyone "GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE" if you borrow stuff. at least thank them if you cant get in contact.
