special charge time

hey ppl, i would like to have a charge time before an special move can be executed again, any ideas of what command can i use for this? i tried with combodelay but no succes so far :(
 
Is it like SoR3 charge meter?
If that's the case, you need to set MP with mpset command and defines how fast MP would recover.
The special move itself has energycost which prevents it from being played without enough MP

You need to set mpset and energycost.
Set something like:
mpset 50 0 50 1

in your character's header text

and set:

energycost 50 1

in this SPECIAL animation.
