Suggestion - board icons

Hi staff.

I would like to give a suggestion which could improve the readibility of the forum: Section icons.
Using that, the user can link the section with the icon, which makes easier to him to find something

Many other foruns have it, take a look

What do you think about it? I can help if needed.

the icons looks good, but I like this forum just the way it is

Yeah, I like them but I'm not so keen on adding them right at the moment. I'd have to recode portions of the board theme, which is easy to do but a huge hassle to maintain.

Will think about it though.

Dunno if this is the right place to give suggestions to the forum, because its called "issues" and this is not an "issue". But we don't have a feedback area. Its okay to post suggestions on this area?

The Forums Issues board is pretty much a one stop shop for things relating to the forum itself - including suggestions. I also need to get our policies posted, I'm working on writing them out since they got lost with Lavalit.
