Which mugen characters should be in openbor games?

I'd like to nominate Carol (Whip with a boomerang), Neo Forte (cyberpunk Kula with K9999-like bionic abilities) and Ferrsan (Vice with Chizuru's head). I've actually used these a lot in my own openbor edits but it'd be nice to see other game makers' take on them. Also Isabeau, who I think is a ready-made enemy character, should be in more games (she was in Rocket Viper 2 as a boss).

Shouldn't we ask permission from the respective mugen character creatorfor this?

As far as I'm aware they're covered by the same law as mugen - as long as you don't try to use them for commercial gain they're okay for use in the public domain.
