I decided to go with TMNT: Hyperstone Heist (Genesis) / Turtles In Time (Snes) Sprites. I was browsing through topics and all and I am wondering if there are sheets for villains, allies with enough Sprites for being playable. I tried Rotsprite for certain resizes but it didn't look good...
