So I finally finished this project! It's a Fighting Game powered by the MUGEN Engine where the characters are based on friends and family members. The game has 40 playable characters. You need a Windows PC in order to play it.
I would recommend "ShaderGlass" if you're looking for ways to avoid pixelation and emulate the look of old CRT TVs. ShaderGlass is easy to install and will allow you to apply shaders to ANY window. You can even apply shaders to your whole desk, but I wouldn't do that.
