I agree...it can kind of feel like grinding sometimes, lowering the enemies HP or increasing the knife's attack power should make it feel less drawn out than it needs to be. I think it would be an improvement...other than that it is an awesome project  ;D i played up to the part where you fight...

Thanks for the info!That definitely made a lot of difference...it looks like i was not using the special move, it's key in depleting birdie's lifebar, and useful against his blocking (it helps that it gives a bit of immunity against regular enemies and even hit them, too :D ) I'll keep on...
