Airplane Heist (Punisher stage)

My version of the unused bonus stage from the Punisher Arcade game. Made the stage a little taller & used as many passenger animations as possible without trying to reuse the same ones. Made the windows transparent & added a background that goes over land, sea & clouds. Also added a reflective glass effect to the windows, but if you don't like it you can just delete the code.
