This is not the same as Work-in-Progress category though. This is an idea or concept he's discussing but he has not started working on a new project yet. He's just discussing or brainstorming ideas on what he's gonna do for his project before he starts. So, let him. He will change it to in-progress category when he's ready. There's nothing wrong with posting ideas since he put the topic's category to Concept. He's practicing coding little by little, I believe.

Yeah. Maybe you see zangief and athena playable in many games.I'm sure I've seen zangief and Athena in a game before

Xi, 2003 and 2002 version.
But I will use xi and 2003 ver in the future. I just want to edit athena 2002 in borremix ladies.

I use a CVS2 version of hers with Color Separation. In this video, I was using her as a basis for a ninja girl named Snow White (though, she had nothing to do with the fairy tale character; the name comes from her ice-based powers. She's based on Haku from Naruto and Nen Masters from Dungeon Fighter Online).

I mean this topic is the very lowest definition of a concept really. I was under the impression this category is for ideas for a full game, or game mechanics and such, and not, I want to inject a character into a game that is already complete.
