Dust effect.

I have a dude, in normal levels i have the Dust effect, my question is for example, in stage when the soil is water, how to add a different dust only for this level ¿?¿?¿? Splash water, no the normal Dust.

I can imagine some tricks to do this but aside of testing, this would require editing all enemies, NPCs and players
