Error changing the background color of the char to pink

Good night BOR masters, I had an error when changing the color of a frame to pink, the char turned black, I got this mugen frame, how can I solve this?

Look at the pallette colours of all your frames and look at pallette colours of the Mugen frame

I believe you need to tell us how you get this sprite. From its palette, looks like it has more problems than just background color

And I'm afraid you'll have to change how you rip sprite or at least how you give it palette. idle.gif you posted above has multiple pink colors on background which makes the gif unusable in game
