Freeze attack not working

For some reason freeze attack isn't working for my boss's attack. It's working for other characters normally so I don't understand what the issue is. If you need to see more from the character text just let me know

freeze	58 26 300 54 30 0 1 0 0 20

It's simply because you set freezetime 0 i.e no freezing effect

freeze 58 26 300 54 30 0 1 0 0 20

Change that red colored value to higher value to desired frozen time
