Hit with Infringement from Nintendo

I just visited my mediafire account today and found this message. I wont copy it here, but I was hit with an infringement for one of my uploads of Sonic Revolution: The game, and it came from Nintendo of America. Now, even though he isn't in the game, I still have Mario's file in the data folder, which was open in the zip file, so I thinking that's what they're gettin' me on. I'm pretty sure it was there because I started SR from my Sega vs. Nintendo demo I made, and was too lazy to get rid of some of the old files.

Anyway, I deleted every upload of SR because all 4 or 5 of them had that file, and I could lose my account if I get multiple infringements, and I don't want to risk that. I'm only posting this just to warn you guys to be careful with your uploads and beware of Nintendo, because I've heard about their crusade over youtube, and because of this, I may just cancel the Sega vs. Nintendo mod. I'm not a big fan of there's in the first place, and this only discourages me of making anything based on their content, meaning I may drop my plans of adding Fox and Falco to Cosmic Damage. I may not need to go this far, but I head from a friend about a game called Super Mario Bros X, IIRC, who's creator was hit with a C&D order from Big N, though, the guy went on to create Terriria, if yall know what that is, like a 2D Minecraft.

That's all folks, just a heads up about this.

there is a fake guy reporting many fan games as if he works from nintendo, i read in some forum about him but i forget where, i think i was at mugen guild but i dont remember right
maybe it is your case too

That actually makes more sense then someone at Nintendo looking for a game I hardly talk about outside this forum. Again, it seems weird because you would have to actually download the game to find the file sense Mario wasn't being used, or was never gonna be used at all. You would have to wonder what some high level dude at Nintendo of America specifically, searching the web to download a fan game.

EDIT:
Then again, Sega did tell Bomber Games to take down their final Streets of Rage remake download after only a day or 2 of being uploaded, but by that point, the game was popular and Sega, I heard, knew about it for years.

Oh snap, all the information they posted matches with what I got. Guess I got played then. I guess I will carry on with my ideas, although, me not being a big fan of Nintendo still stands, F.Y.I.  :P
