How can I fix this crashing error??

Hello I have a problem
So, the thing is my openbor games crashes
And every single openbor game crashes
I reinstalled one of em multiple times nothing
I have every single possible visual c++
I tried some tutorials, but I didn't find any tutorials related with openbor, just with games in general, and surprise surprise, STILL F***ING NOTHING
By the way I have windows 7, and I gotta mention it used to work before I changed my hard
And I had also windows 7
And the crashing error says "ultimate 2d game engine has stopped working"
IS THERE ANY F***ING SOLUTION, ANYTHING THAT CAN FIX THIS F***ING CRASH

It's come to my attention your account was banned for spam. I'm not the one that did it, so I'm guessing you were probably co-opted by a spam account and the staff caught it in a blanket IP purge.
