How can i make games/edit existing paks in OpenBOR?

I know i sound like a retard here but OpenBor lets me play the games i already have and there is nothing which resembles a game making engine. So why can't it be a simple game making engine instead of a game player?

Well, you need to unpak the paks/games that you have first before you can edit the content

If you have borpak.exe you can use it to unpak them

The engine IS OPENBOR.EXE - It runs the games that we make.  It doesn't make the games for you

If you want a GUI for editing you need to get openborstats
