How do I enable by module

I am trying to get 4 player owkring among other things. How do I do this?

ALso waht is the "editor" i can use to edit some code like if I want to increase health by 200% or add i-frames to moves

You need to declare maxplayers 4 in levels.txt to allow 4 players.
