wonderful z would you be kind and make a video when you have a chance.. Also if you need me to make a helper for her let me know
 
video today, (or tomorrow),
finished one of things which i thougth would be hard to do, cursor, select screens and menus, will show and explain how it will work at video too.

btw, confirmed, magneto and cable will not be in.
(sorry warecus), will save they spot to be DLCs later, and Cable will be NPC.

so what is missing?
- revise all heroes/enemys sounds
- revise all cut-scene
- do 4 rekame modes,
(maybe 3, not sure about fantastic four yet)



 
very cool looking forward to it!

also when you in sound revision time, try to replace the fall sound, that one is very overused from sor games and bor defaults

lol, nvm... cable and magneto are on my plans again..... i had a great ideia about how add they to story.

I hope if you do make the xmen team level that they would make an appearance, cable like deadpool was created in the 90's and kept that look with them...you know the shoulder pads and pouches and belts...that is the 90's. And magneto was really popular in jim lee and cartoon of the 90's.

but all we can do is wait and see...so far this game is looking really good. I'm curious about the sounds...like I said before maybe we don't notice as much since we play games like this a lot and are probably concentrating on more than just the music like ...spritework, mechanics, coding, etc....but I think sound is just as important and can break a game just as much as bad sprites or anything. So the biggest thing that stuck out to me and guys at the fire station is that the music especially during the street level got redundant. I didn't notice until they told me, but once I noticed it was a little hard loose myself into the game.

So hopefully there is a way to add two tracks to each level that play at a random loop. And good job for changing music during boss battles

I agree about the sound, it's very important aspect.  I look forward to playing the mod with new sfx.

TBH I love this mod but find it had to play with the current sfx.  Like warecus said he immersion is lost, especially when you hear default bor sounds.  Hard not to notice cause we've heard these sfx so many times over the years in openbor mods. 

Good sfx for impacts can really help sell a move, I actually find it hard code attacks without sfx in place. 

Anyways, keep up the good work!

So hopefully there is a way to add two tracks to each level that play at a random loop.

There's a way for that but it's hardcoded IOW you need single entity per single pair of tracks
 
i will care about sfx, if you check last videos, it already have some new to default sounds, thanks to ilusionista, will look for more later.

no emma video this weekend because i was focused on others stuffs to finish cable and magneto too.
while i was doing new cut-scenes i figured where i can add they to fit to game story.
....
someone are up to help doing a domino? here a easy choise, but im up for new bases and more attacks too....

Will Domino be a helper? (I really can't see you adding another player at this point - even though you're missing Scarlet Witch. Just saying... ;) )

none, she is generation-x emma frost, between classic and diamond emma.

Wow. Did not see that coming.
So it's psychic only then. Who's her helper then? Banshee would be cool... :)
 
exactly, im spriting banshee, that is only thing missing at Emma.
she is psychic only, and to make her different from jean im using astral forms,  i see emma like a classy woman which not do acrobat moves, she uses astral projections to do it, astral attacks cant hit obstacles (hey! and robots? - it hit robots ...because.... MAGIC... dr.strang spell one to make her hit robots) ,

btw, magneto have a system similar to colossus and luke cage bounce bullets, but bullets will not bounce, he will shot bullet back to enemy. (but if he get a second shot seconds after first, he get the hit.)
