You don't.

OpenBOR Plus is not an official branch. Moreover its developer is former staff who was asked to leave after making numerous unwanted and damaging changes to the codebase. Since then they have copied my and others work each time we update and brazenly attempted to take credit and copyright for it.

We will not support it in any way, under any circumstances.

Furthermore there's no practical reason to use it. "Plus" doesn't do anything the official engine doesn't do (less actually). The "new features" it supposedly has are all duplicates of functionality already in the official engine. That's one of the main reasons he was removed from the OpenBOR Team. Whether that is because the dev is not a native English speaker or just likes adding bloatware I couldn't say, but the end result is the same.
