Excellent to discover a mod of this great game for OpenBOr ... a really better game than the SNES one ...

Well, i feel that the SNES/Sega Gen is about different eras.  Also , the engine was the Original BOR ,I believe.

But thanks for the compliment.

Hope you can add a reward system like Battle Circuit for purchasing specials/abilities like Battle Circuit if the current Openbor engine would allow it.

Sounds very interesting.  Sort of like the NES’s version of Double Dragon.  That mode would be directed to Sailor V in a side mission.  But that would be further down.  Perhaps you would be willing to contribute a customs enemy from the Sailormoon world.  Like Emeralda.

But no worries, there’s still a ways to go.

Still working on axis for Sailor Jupiter.
After she’s added in the game, next would be scenes since  with music and adding a new stage that I created.

Then work on Sailor Venus, Sailor V and jinrei.

On a side note, does anyone have any articles or interviews on the game Published on Jun 5, 2014
Guardians: Denjin Makai 2 - (Banpresto 1995).

This game is so fun yet sad that’s there’s no interviews.

Hello everyone,

It appears that I've been away from  modding for 13 years.

Didn't realize how much time has passed.

Here's the Sailormoon Arcade Mod work in progress.

Ignore some of the old BOR intros.  I'm working on that.

Presently Sailor Jupiter is next on the list and the circus stage from Denjin Makai 1.

I have lots of reading to do with adding the following:

1. Music
2. Scripts

the game can be downloaded from chronocrash.

Presently I’m working on a the theme park stage from Denjin Makai.  The stages were ripped.  Just working on the carousel and the animations portions.
Seems like Sailor Jupiter and Jinrei are enjoying a ride at the Banpresto theme park.

The stage is from Denjin Makai.

As for the animations, I have to clean from the screen shots. This will be one of my stages that will appear on the next update.

I been going to that vgmaps website on a occasion when I want to rip new stages for my knights of the round annihilation project. Since the process is taking a very long time because I am constantly adding loads of stages and characters to that game. And I wasted time not making more of the cutscenes after stage 5.

Thanks!

Is anyone able to capture the screen shots of the hoarse in their full sprite or determine which emulator is running on. My version of Mame has the hoarses covered.

Last night I discovered that by pressing F3 in Denjin Makai, you can acres the debug mode which is similar to Guardians.  The sprites have the proper axis with animations.

I was amazed that all the frames of animation for the hoarses  were there.

Unfortunately the colors are muddy.

But at least I have a great reference.

Again if someone is able to have a clean copy of the hoarses with its entire sprite, please post.

I found it interesting that the sprites from VG has 2 full hoarses with legs.
