OpenBOR v3.0 Build 4107 for Windows/Wii/Android

Finally after all the delays and stuff, I compile to you OpenBOR 4107, which is just a minor release for OpenBOR 4106. It's come a long way since the very last official download.

Highlights:
  • Various leak fixes on Ogg Vorbis, preprocessor, the script engine, the SDL init.
  • Add support for alpha masking of background/foreground layers.
    Syntax of new command in level file:
        alphamask {path}

    The alphamask command comes immediately before the command creating the
    layer that is to be masked. For reference, the following commands create
    layers:

    background, bglayer, fglayer, layer, water, frontpanel, panel
  • Support 24-bit PNGs for static, out-of-game backgrounds in 32-bit color mode
    So, for example, a true-color PNG could be used for data/bgs/title.png or
    data/bgs/select.png
  • Android build fixed to add external buttons
  • Minor additional fixes.

Approved - thank you sir! Just make sure to put binaries in the OpenBOR->Engine category next time. I went ahead and moved it for you. As always, the previous engine release thread is now locked.
