Hello guys, I'm just starting on OpenBOR and I'm trying to make a player. I drew Egon (from Real Ghostbusters) in Photoshop and I'm trying to animate him.
I made his palete with pink (255 0 255) as the first color and separeted the sprites. I put him in the game but he is blured and I saw a lot of pink pixels around him. I don't know if you guys can help me.

so basically you cant use photoshop alone as it will always do that effect... what you need to do is fine another editing program like GIMP or old versions of MS paint and clean the sprites.

This is not true at all.  Neither the part about not being able to use PS alone neither about always do that effect.

You can use ps for that, you just need to follow some steps:

- use save for web (it's under export, as legacy) and save the image as gif or png. But you need to set the "matte" to nothing.

- you can open the image, convert to rgb and them apply the real palette. Or, when saving for web, you can try to select the right palette, but some wrong colors can still appear
