Promoting an Enemy Into A Player?

I'm currently trying to make the Yungmie enemy of World Heroes Supreme Justice Extra into a player. I have copied her TXT to begin making the player version, but I don't know what else to do with her.

Well, if you asked this like 10 years ago, you'll get long answer saying that you need this and that but today it's shorter

The simple answer is read her text, find any animations/attacks you don't want from her then remove them. And add animations/attacks you want her to have
