Hello all I'm struggling a lot to understated how to even start my project :'( and I wanted to ask one day could if any of the experts on here could maybe create an Official YouTube channel video tutorial for Beginners on here what the very First step is to starting a project , I mean the Second you start using the mouse where do you start ?
I also have no clue on coding or scripting But I have mostly all my resources for my fan game to create a demo , I suppose I'm too used to using Rpg maker for so many years because it's layout has everything ready to start a project like Characters , map drawing , animations and so on , I came on here many months ago asking for help about making a character and I couldn't even get that done , But I strongly want to get this dam info to sink into my head .
I have read the manual many times and I tried to make a pallet for the character and then I was told to convert them to pcx , but then was also told on here to use PNG but then was also told that GIF is better , but when I saved my image of the character as a GIF they went all pixilated and dotty...that didn't work either , I seem to learn better if I can actually watch someone do it , I think it would very helpful for slow slow slow people like me.
