Scaling

Will any future versions of Openbor contain X and Y scale for objects, enemies, and players? I think this would be a good feature that would work perfectly only if the canvas size for all of the sprites pertaining to a character were equally the same. This would save a lot of time from having to manually resize a character.

Mugen has this ability and while it is a completely different engine I think it is useful when pairing characters from different games which are not of the equal size.

OpenBOR does have scaling, and a lot more besides. We don't recommend using the scaling feature like you suggest though. You can do it, but that's generally considered a bad practice. Your sprites should be the appropriate starting size in production, and use the scaling effects for... well, scaling.

This is a really, and I mean really rough draft of one of my own projects, but it clearly shows scaling in action.
