sorry if i dont understand what you mean(bad inglish), by scene you mean texts entities right? if that is the case you tipically spawn them in levels like you would spawn an enemy or object.. or in entitys animation with script or cutsentity command.
btw i cheked you file and dont understand the layout of it, what is it and where?

You should declare animated gifs instead of pngs.

how do i do that

First you need to convert each png into a gif. Then animate them by merging into one animated gif.
The first step could be done with Photoshop. But for the latter, I use old gif animator but there should be other tools which can do it too.
