Script based spawn not working in select screen?

Using spawnframe and summonframe for spawning entity in select screen works. However not with scripted version. Nothing is spawned when I use script to spawn something in select screen

I hope this is fixed cause I want to spawn effect at certain position regardless of which player who spawns the effect
