There isn't official ports for those versions, so we can't offer much help here.

crimefighters3 Hello, please use the 3780 version of Android. I will wait to fix the file reading game inheritance score bug and put it in the decompression package together with the Android engine.

If the author of the game allows it, i can share my edition with changes below (only for version 3780):
* unlocked all stages
* unlocked all players
* unlocked cheats
* all players start with level 5
* more health
* much, much more MP
* changed many of Alex voices (cause one voice sample, was overused in many moves). I literally did this change this morning. 

I have not fixed any bugs, cause i did not find any that bothered me that much, with the exception of the levelling progress not being saved.

Works like a charm on the PSP. Seriously one of the best mods you can have on your system. Using build 3780 and the save file provided with the pak to have character level progress in the game. Only issue with the game is, it progresses stage wise but the character levels drop back to Lvl 2 if you start the game again.
