heres a quick tweak

nsw25, i have tried a tons of palette tweaks, and what i have show earlier is a most compromised version (especially for looking on a different LCDs). I think your tweak looks a bit acid.
 
Let's just say I have a little trouble trying to register moves in the game such as running. there's like a certain delay when it comes to the game responding to the buttons I press. maybe I should just turn off joystick controls & just use xpadder & see if that resolves things. I must say though I enjoy the character redesigns.

I have made electronic sheet, which contain and calculate progress of all mod aspects:
Levels, characters, music.
I have post it in the first post, and i will update it every step of modding, so you can check it time by time, to see the overall progress.

 
This game is looking totally awesome!! Your stuff always looks perfect, just like that Mass Effect game you had a while back all the characters and effects looked so good. Did you ever finish that game or did you quit working on it, because i never heard anything else about it?. That may have been back in the Lavalit days but i can't remember... Anyway glad to see more progress on this Mod.

I quit working on ME mod after demo releasing.

Thank you, guys. I think it is time to say that i decide to release a new demo, which i want you all to test. Now i am working on it. It will have only 1 first stage, and only 2 playable characters, but i need to know your opinion about new game look, some mechanics changes, to know in which way i must continue my work, keeping in mind that technically game is almost complete, the only thing that take a huge amount of time is drawing levels. I already have a blueprint of every stages, that i make to place all objects, entities, enemies, and other stuff, there are marks where them must be placed, and they all are placed already, so i can walk through the game and complete it already. So the only lack is drawing a graphic for levels, it is really big challenge for me, so i need to know how the first stage will be at gameplay how it will feel, to be sure is my current "new" technic and way of drawing is right chosen.
 
As i said earlier, i redraw all game levels, so here is a preview of new hand-drawing styling:

First screenshot is making from ingame sprites (as they look in game at this moment), level decoratons are turned off, and there is no characters shadows, but in the demo you will see the whole levels with the details.
