I might ask you some help later... Right now, making stages is not my priority.
For several years now, I'm still working on my game fighting system and mechanics...

But I suggest the chars (I think about Kyo) to not yell so many times. Maybe you could put random sounds. The burning fist of Kyo makes me sick. It's long and frequent...

Indeed.
The background graphics are very good but after sometime Kyo's scream turns annoying.

I don't think so. Even if you change character color, that character is that character.nedflandeurse said:Nice!
I would recommand NOT to use regular palettes.
By using custom/different palettes, we will not have the feeling to fight Clark or Shingo... But fighting various different thugs![]()

Not everyone can make sprites just to put in their mods, or else have the means to commission an artist to do so.UniqueHeart said:I don't think so. Even if you change character color, that character is that character.
And this game just use kof chars and sprites. This mod story has nothing to do with original kof game.
Do you mean this mod story is related to original kof story?Kurisu said:About the story of Kyo, he's a high school dropout with every single aspect of his life being tied to Shinto Myths (Kusanagi is the name of a sacred sword used by the god Susano'o to defeat an eight-headed snake monster called Yamata no Orochi, for example, and KOF 97 is just a retelling of this myth in a videogame form). Most of the Streets of Rage, Final Fight and Dungeons and Dragons mods are this, interactive fanfictions, with personal twists to them.
Seriously, just look at Revival of Rage, for example, this is what most people wanted Capcom to do: A CPS-2 Final Fight game that would tie directly with the Street Fighter franchise (Since Guy and Cody appeared in the Alpha/Zero series, Hugo/Andore became a thing by the time 3rd Strike was released and nowadays you have Poison, Abigail, Zeku and even Lucia from the Super Nintendo game). If anything, very few mods have anything to do with the original source materials they take inspiration from.
