choosing death# in attack anims

hey ppl long time no see, how have you been? in my case kids are biger work is fine etc live have been easeing up at times 😁 .. so resently have started to play around my old mortal kombat mod again, anyway here the asking..
is it posible by command or script to chose what death anim an enemy will play from the player attack anim? example i want say freespecial2 with attack7 comand to send enemy in to death5 instead of death7 or death default....
 
why not just have freespecial2 use attack5? just wondering
Yep, you are making your life way harder

it is for organization purposes, have 2 or more attacks that have diferent pain working anims but could use same death, just not the standard one, been able to choose specific reaction#/death#/fall# on atack animation demand would save some copy pasting and make things more verstile.... thought may be there was some script about it that is why the asking :p

Now as for deaths detached from type, You can do that of course. It's really as simple as running an animation switch in script, but as someone who did that already because I thought the same thing... I can tell you it's going to have the opposite effect.

Special cases based on game situation now and then sure, but as an organizational tool, ugh.. that's not going to go the way you think. Voice of experience.
