Friend, another thing is that I think it’s better to make the enemy disappear after he dies, which can save memory!
And sometimes the Coke or hamburger on the floor will be covered by the corpse, so I think it’s better to make the corpse disappear after the enemy dies Hehe 🌝🍺🍔
The enemy (TYPE: enemy) actually disappears, what you see after a fatality is a TYPE: none entity. 👈
The idea of keeping the bodies is to give it more realism, I'm not attracted to the idea of them magically disappearing. :)

Mortal Kombat The Chosen One 0.5.4.1

Due to the bugs I was recently informed about and which I had no idea about, I decided to share an update, which fixes the crash in mission 6.
After doing a lot of checking, I was able to verify that these bugs do not occur when playing the mod from the "data" folder, meaning that they only occur if we play from the ".pak" file.
My sincerest apologies to everyone, as I didn't know about that.
From now on, I will be checking every update from the "pak" file.
I hope you keep busy with this...

Sorry @NED , I have continued to perform many tests and new bugs have emerged.. :confused:
I am now in a position to tell you that I have not found any more, in all the hours I have been playing from the apk file.
I have just uploaded a new update. 👈

Well dear friends... the time has come to tell you more about the tribute to a great beat 'em up, which I am working on in my game. 😄

This is the Renegade saga! 👊

And I have to say saga, because not everyone knows that there are 3 games that make up the series. 1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣

1️⃣ The first one is undoubtedly the most recognized, because it was first in the arcades.
When it came out in the home computer versions, that's when I first got to know it, playing it on my Zx Spectrum computer. 🥹
That game was my first introduction to beat 'em ups.

2️⃣ The second game was released directly for computers, but it was really cool because they added a 2 player mode and that's when I fell in love with beat em' ups forever. :love:

3️⃣ And... the third one... I honestly don't know what they were thinking when they made this game, it's really sad and I'm sure many people never even got to know it. The premise is interesting, but what they created from it, has nothing to do with the previous games. :cautious:

Now I'm going to explain what the new game mode called "RENEGADE TRIBUTE" is about. 👈

As you can clearly see in this image, it includes the 3 games within the same mode. :cool:
In these games we can use all the movements, except the SUPER ATTACK (hits all the enemies on the screen). 👎

1️⃣ I've already finished the first game. (y)
To create a new version of it, I've recreated each of the original stages. :D
I had to take some liberties, but I kept its essence and respected the proportions of each stage. 😅
As for enemies, I was able to use many from my game, but I also created some new ones. 🤫

2️⃣ The second game is almost finished. 😅
For the stages of this game, I used the ones created in a remake that some fans made a while back. 🤝
The game isn't very good, but the stages were helpful. I had to work on them, but then I can use them. 🙄

As for enemies, just like the first game, I was able to use many from my game, but I also created some new enemies. 🤗

3️⃣ And finally the third game... 😊
You could say it's 70% finished, but there are still important things missing. 💪
Surely many are wondering why I am going to make a remake of the third game, when it is clearly the worst of the series. 🤌
Well, the answer is very simple... The idea has a lot of potential and I love it. 🤪
In this game, each stage takes place in a different era: 👇
Stage 1) Prehistory
Stage 2) Ancient Egypt
Stage 3) The Middle Ages
Stage 4) The Future

So this is great to create a truly worthy game, one that is worthy of the series. 😊
In this game I took the greatest liberty, since I can't base it on anything other than the idea of time travel. 😎

I have already finished creating the 4 huge stages, which define each era and it has been a really huge job. 😩

As for the enemies... well, here comes another of the strong points of this game, because in each stage completely new enemies appear, which are characterized by the era.
This means that I have created almost 30 new enemies, to cover each era. This covers everything from dinosaurs, mummies, knights from the Middle Ages, robots, etc. 🤩

So that's all I can tell you about the new game mode so far. 😀

I haven't found any big problem for the time being, but there is a small problem: it will take 3 seconds for this GO prompt bar to appear after killing a wave of enemies. ...

The Renegade mode is a pretty cool roundabout way to include Arc System Works representation (they bought out the Technos IP catalogue) without having to do sprite edits/cosplay to make a realistic version of someone like I-No to add to the roster in some form. It also seems like a nice change of pace even compared to something like the royal rumble. But yeah, perhaps this mode would put even more emphasis on the mechanics needed to defend against grapples (megacrash/special, tech throws) than before.

That's perfectly normal, my friend. :)
After defeating each wave of enemies, there is always a fake enemy that is automatically eliminated. Its function is to give time for the fatalities to finish executing, before advancing the scroll. 👈

Just curious - aside from the car bonus game, are there any Dong Dong Never Die assets in this? Could maybe see Fei Fei being a roundabout way of having Iori Yagami as a playable character and a (possibly-edited) Sheng Hua Nan/Tuo Lei being an enemy, but i'm just spitballing.
 
What an exciting news about including the Renegade tribute as a bonus!

If you are doing the remake of Renegade 3, which was the worst game of the series, I'm sure you're gonna pull out elements from the first 2 Renegade games and put whatever you have in mind with a fun factor. This is going to be exciting.

Hello my friend! :)
Sheng Hua Nan is included in the game as one of the bomb-throwing enemies.
Besides him, there are no other characters from that game, nor do I plan to add them, as they don't fit what I have in mind. ;)
