Streets of Rage 2X is an OpenBoR fangame created by Kratus. From what I've seen so far, the enemy AI is even more sadistic. You can play as all the enemies and bosses and they have a "Rage" bar. Here's the link to Kratus blog spot and a game play video from Boggy The Worm...

I hope there will be tons of melee weapons added to this project.

All you'll have to do is add weapons for the playable characters to use. Anything from knifes, machetes, lead pipes, hand guns, shurikens, grenades, machine guns etc.

Cool mod! Hopefully the creator will release more mods in the future.

Ran into another problem. When I fire up the OpenBOR.exe The D&D pak crashes. while loading.

PC, Windows 7.

For some reason, I couldn't see the captions when I interact with certain town's people in the game. Is there any way to fix this?

The game play was solid but the characters need more combos and special moves!
