Annoying buzzing sound on Nintendo Wii

Hi everyone!
Im playing Super Final Fight Gold on my Nintendo Wii, and the sound of the character voices are buzzing. Very weird noises.
I want to open the pak with the borpak and fix the sounds. How can i convert the sound to fix it?

I wouldn't bother. It's a sound library bug in the Wii port, and our resident Wii expert Plombo is currently on hiatus. Soon as he comes back we'll have him take a look.

I just want to know what frequency of the wav file i should use.
I have the right media converter to do this job.
