Can I use both? (Keyboard/Controller)

I was wondering if I could have player 1 use a controller and Keyboard simultaneously? I remember MUGEN had this option built in, but I never got Openbor to do both. It was always one or the other.

You can mix and match the key assignments, like having attack be S on the keyboard and jump be Button1 on you pad, but you can't just have both run the same controls at the same time.
