Thanks a lot man! Well this is an known issue and is happening because you did not use the OpenBOR included in the download. So use the included OpenBOR engine and all the issues will gone.

Since i don't have any original sized sprites, Billy's run is also made with the upscalled sprites. But his run was based on DD2 williams anyway, so you can check this original williams run for reference: https://www.spriters-resource.com/arcade/doubledragon2therevenge/sheet/53815/

magggas I have a problem. I would like to play your game on my raspberry pi 3, in retropie.
How do I do it? Can you give me the openbor v3 build 4153 for linux?
I really like your game and it is perfect for bartop or portable console.

As far as i know openbor v3 build 4153 for linux does not exist and will never do so. But since many people asking me to play this on Pi, i'm looking forward to update the game to be playable on the Pi openbor versions at some point. I just don't know yet when this will happen because this is not an easy task.
 
Marian is once again updated:
- She can now run (that was the hardest part)
- New throw attack
- Added some hit anims as requested
- Basic combo revised

magggas: Maybye at this point, you may want to make some tests with these sprites, so go ahead :)
Rest to do:
- Kick combo (like Billy?)
- Knee grab attack
- Signature special moves...

I've downloaded the newer version and I've enjoyed it very much. Great work.
Just a question: don't you think Boss Man Slam and Andre Black slam should have an AoE attack (IOW, they should hit all nearby enemies while executing those moves).

kimono can I use those sprites too? She is the base for one of the enemies on my game and I would like to use some of the extra animations, like the kicks.

As about the slams, what you are asking is making sense but i don't want to make the game feel like a streets of rage or final fight game. I know, with all this suff i have added sometimes makes it easy to forget that this is still a Double Dragon game  :D

Some news from Marian (always a pleasure :) ) :
- Added one anim to throw as requested
- More hit anims from knee attack and being throwed
- New signature move: Moon Drive! (Somersault Kick)

A second signature move will come, more kicks and knee combo, punch combo finisher...
magggas: I don't think Marian has the strength to carry heavy objects, so I won't make an anim for it unless you need it.

Great work, guys (magggas and kimono)! Imagine if she were to be playable during the intro of the first stage.

And yes, it would be funny to have her counterattack during the intro when she's captured.
Perhaps a special game mode, just with different intro?
 
maxman and nedflandeurse: Yes I was already thinking of something like this on basic mode:

Williams tries to sucker punch her, Marian counterattacks and the Black Warriors will run away :)
One of the other Technos character that deserves a good treatment is Kunio-kun, I think I can make a colorful version with a complete palette of moves.

Once I finish Rebecca, I think Lynn from Rage of the Dragons would be nice to see in this style too. And I like the idea for Marian’s intro!

But yeah, suggestions are always welcome. For now i only thought about some funny sfuff for the ending but i will not spoil it yet.

Now as about kunio kun (arcade i hope), man if you think you could do this magic with him as well that would be great! For him i would like to ask for one extra favor but only if it’s possible. So if possible i would like to have his weird arcade face fixed somehow. I think you know what i mean. But if that’s too much for you, then it’s okay. The real important thing is that he will have the missed yet still needed sprites like you did with Marian.

I can understand why Lynn won't get in, the reason I suggested her was because ROTD was originally a Double Dragon game.

Yeah i know man but personally i still don't see this game as a DD game somehow, sorry  :-\
 
LOL There can probably be a different story on what the Shadow Warriors will do during and after the counter with Marian in the intro. Otherwise, the mod will be expanded a little more for some interesting stuff, depending on what magggas thinks.

kimono: If there was a different version of Kunio, he would have to be sprited in the original DD arcade style. I remember magggas said he'd like to have him in his mod, but the original style from the Kunio arcade games don't fit.

Well general i was mean the Arcade Kunio is the one who fits the most but he is lacking alot of required sprites and he needs his face to be fixed in the DD style(and maybe some coloration fixes too). Now if kimono will be able to solve these problems, i would really like to add this the Arcade version Kunio.
 
magggas: I don't think Kunio will cause so much problems to me :)

News to Marian:
- added basic kick combo (she pratices classic dance)
- a second signature move: Accele Breaker! ( ascending tailspin)

Marian is now 99% completed, waiting for magggas advice.
Crowbrandon has done a nice DD2 ending like a PC Engine one:

That's my point right there regarding the face change and stuff you mentioned for Kunio. ;) That's what I was trying to say.
