Enabling 4 player mod - Vertical Scroll Bug

Has anyone run into an issue where enabling 4 player in a mod made for 2 players creates issues with vertical scrolling and enemies not spawning? Attached are the areas that, when adding a 3rd player, (even if it is just P1 and P3) prevents enemies from spawning or the level will no longer scroll therefore players are unable to progress.

Dude, you really need to lay off trying to do hacks of @Mr.Q!'s Double Dragon projects and expecting them to work. That module is way too complex to tinker with and then try to trouble shoot the bugs that result. Too many moving parts.
