How to edit streets of rage x, data folder the game does not start

Guys, I would like to edit Streets of Rage X, but whenever I put the data folder in the exe directory the game doesn't work. My intention is to make weak characters like Galsia and Donovan faster.

You need paks folder with blank .pak file in it and you should run the .exe instead.

I don't quite understand what problem you have. Is it an error in the data folder?

You can't edit yet as it's still in beta and closed, not open

Welcome to the community @Falcone30. As @danno said, the game is still in beta and locked to prevent editing.
