It is normally against my policy to intentionally call out malefactors as it adds to drama and provides exactly what they want (attention). However, in this case I think it's important for everyone to be aware of the following:
Recently I had to re-ban an account (current alias @pleiades7bluestars). This individual has a known habit of rotating forum aliases and attempting to impersonate well regarded members of the gaming community to gain influence over projects. Example aliases include Ayano Koshiro and the EGM staff behind their Sushi-X personality. This individual is also known to use multiple accounts to have fake conversations with the entity they are impersonating, likely to "prove" their identity is real. If questioned on any level, he/she immediately becomes abrasive and defensive, usually lapsing into a nonsensical rant.
Obviously any real person of merit is unlikely to behave in such a manor, or they would not have attained high status to begin with. In general, you should always be wary of any claims that someone is a notable entity. Doubly so if they display a sudden and specific interest in your projects. I strongly advise you to ignore any emails, chats, etc. from such a person. In the case of forum PMs or posts, please let me or another staff member know about it.
