magicbar system??

For my next step, I'm trying to add a magicbar system.
This way, all the playable characters can use 2 limted super moves.

-I'm just wondering how do you make a move possible only if magic is full?
-How do you make some of the character moves giving magic to this magicbar?

Only the Charge animation, hitting opponents or gain over time will restore mp. Script can be used to bypass those and make any animation you want gain mp.

Uhm... make the move require the same amount mp as the model's maximum.  ???
